Help with a delivery or order
Contact the shop using the support contact below and include your order identifier if you have one. Delivery is in Tivat, Montenegro only. The current delivery windows and charges are shown at checkout.
If the app says an order needs confirmation, retry the original request in the app or check with the shop. Do not place the same order again through another channel: the original may already have been saved.
If the catalog cannot be reached, the app may show its last saved catalog and will retry while open. Saved prices and availability can be out of date. This information screen is bundled with the app and can be read without a catalog connection.
Delete personal data
Delete saved details at checkout removes only the profile on this device. For shop records, email milacicdrazen123@gmail.com with your order identifier if available; the operator handles requests manually. For questions, call +38269410662. There is no customer account to delete. Resolve a pending order with the shop before clearing app data; local deletion does not cancel the order or remove the shop's copy.

- Order records, original requests, notification records and customer details currently remain in Google Sheets indefinitely: no automatic expiry or deletion task is active. There is no scheduled 30-day deletion. Orders are linked to customer details, not anonymous. Removing working rows does not remove Google version history, exports, WhatsApp / Meta notifications, email copies or data on customer devices.
- Processing your requested order
- We process your name, phone, delivery address and order details to carry out the grocery order you request: record and fulfil it, contact you, arrange delivery and handle related questions. The shop does not use these details for advertising or analytics.
- Services and processing locations
- Google handles order processing and spreadsheet storage; WhatsApp / Meta and the backup email service handle shop notifications. Cloudinary and other HTTPS catalog image hosts receive connection information such as IP addresses. These services may process data outside Montenegro.
- Privacy requests
- Send access, correction or deletion requests to milacicdrazen123@gmail.com. The operator handles them manually, locates the record by order identifier and first resolves uncertain orders rather than deleting records blindly. Include the identifier if available and only the information needed to locate the record. Do not send card details or identity documents in your initial request. For questions, call +38269410662. Removing the remembered profile does not delete Google Sheets orders, WhatsApp / Meta notifications or email copies.
