Information used for an order

To fulfil the order you request, contact you and arrange delivery, the app sends your name, phone, delivery address and city, optional comment, order identifier, products, quantities, prices, delivery window, payment choice and totals. The shop uses these details only for your order, not for advertising or analytics. Please include only delivery-related information in the comment. The app records cash or card-terminal payment choice, not card numbers.

The order goes to Google Apps Script and is stored in Google Sheets with its original request and notification records. The shop owner receives the full summary through WhatsApp / Meta, not the customer as a WhatsApp recipient. Backup email may also be sent if WhatsApp is unavailable or delayed, so copies can exist in both channels. Notification status helps handle saved orders without duplicates.

Information on your device

Language, basket and downloaded catalog are stored locally. Remembering checkout details is optional and initially enabled. When enabled, name, phone, address and comment are saved after valid submission, even if acceptance later fails. This profile uses Expo SecureStore on iOS and Android; browser previews use browser storage without native SecureStore protection.

A pending original request, including customer details, is kept separately in unencrypted AsyncStorage for safe checking or retrying. It is cleared after confirmed completion or certain validated rejections; otherwise it remains until resolved. Delete saved details removes only the remembered profile and turns remembering off. It does not delete pending requests, the shop's orders or notification copies. Resolve an uncertain order before clearing app data.

Demo and sandbox modes

Demo orders stay on the device and do not arrange delivery. Completed demo history keeps items and receipts, not customer details; unresolved requests can still contain entered details. Sandbox tests use a separate Google Sheets area and notify the configured test recipient. Use fictional details for tests; no real delivery is arranged.

Services and boundaries

Product images load from Cloudinary or other HTTPS hosts configured in the catalog. Receiving services see normal connection information, including IP addresses; the app does not send checkout details to image hosts. Google, WhatsApp / Meta, email and image services may process data outside Montenegro.

No customer account, address-book access or GPS permission is required. You enter the delivery address yourself. Opening this screen does not send an order. It contains no advertising or analytics features.

Privacy questions and deletion requests

Send access, correction or deletion requests to milacicdrazen123@gmail.com. The operator handles them manually and locates records by order identifier. Include the identifier if available and only enough information to locate the record; do not send card details or identity documents in your initial request. Uncertain orders are checked first, not deleted blindly. For questions, call +38269410662. This is a manual request route, not automatic server deletion.

Current storage and deletion: Order records, original requests, notification records and customer details currently remain in Google Sheets indefinitely: no automatic expiry or deletion task is active. There is no scheduled 30-day deletion. Orders are linked to customer details, not anonymous. Removing working rows does not remove Google version history, exports, WhatsApp / Meta notifications, email copies or data on customer devices.
Processing your requested order: We process your name, phone, delivery address and order details to carry out the grocery order you request: record and fulfil it, contact you, arrange delivery and handle related questions. The shop does not use these details for advertising or analytics.
